    Cozy atmosphere and good service. We came during happy hour and had the Grilled Pear Salad and Artichoke Heart & Gruyere Dip which was delicious! We ordered the Pasta Piacere, very good and the Parmesan Lemon Sole which was ok, a little heavy on the panko, which is why I only gave 4 stars. We have eaten here several times and the food and service is always fantastic.

    We like to come to this restaurant for special occasions. On this visit we were very happy with our polite and professional waiter! He was very nicely dressed and the service personally made me feel fancy! It's refreshing and encouraging to witness younger generations exhibiting the exceptional manners! The food was very tasty, no need to add salt! Everything was seasoned well. The dishes arrived quickly with little wait time. The restaurant is large with good air (A/C)! The ambiance of the interior is nicely done. We really appreciated it, and that added to our experience. The downtown location is convenient. The downtown area is a happening place! This isn't our first time visiting to the restaurant and probably will not be our last!

    This review is based on my experience on Friday, June 7th around 12:20pm. First of all, my friends and I probably chose the wrong date to meet up there (Downtown Brentwood) for lunch. The traffic and parking was a challenge. There were many graduations, promotions, and other celebrations in the area therefore making it VERY difficult to find parking. It took me a while to find street parking two blocks from the restaurant. It was a two hour (limit) parking spot. Once I got to the restaurant, I noticed how nice the outside area was. Inside of the restaurant my friends were waiting for me. Since we only had two hours (because of parking), we needed to order promptly. Maria was our server. She was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout our entire meal. She was great at her job. This is what me and my friends ordered: -Barrata & Bruschetta -Patty melt -Ginger Chicken Salad -Toasted Turkey Sandwich The food tasted good and the presentation was nice. One of my friends did have a problem with the sushi ginger that was put on top of her Ginger Chicken Salad. She didn't like it. Although we had an overall good experience at this restaurant, one of my biggest gripe is how the food items are listed on their menu. Please refer to my screenshot pictures of the menu items that we ordered. I REALLY don't like how ingredients are listed under the name of the dish without describing how the dish is prepared/put together. Sorry, but sushi Ginger is NOT considered "fresh ginger," as listed on the menu. Same thing with the non-description of the Barrata & Bruschetta. Although the presentation was nice, it didn't resemble a traditional bruschetta. My friend was so disappointed that she didn't even try the appetizer at all and it costed $17-$18 (I can't remember exactly). To management: PLEASE consider replacing the list of the ingredients used in a dish with a description of the dish instead.
